Here's an archive of some of the materials used to upgrade an old N2S, some fan ducts upgrades (somehow modified) and the firmware used. Beware: Marlin 2.1.2.1 for the Neptune 2S has stability issues, I just moved to Klipper and it works really fine with some 6.5k accel. If you manage to make Marlin work please hit me back as I'd like to know what's wrong with it.
